Business Experience:

President and CEO of JNT Solutions, LLC 2009 - present

The company is involved in business consulting, computer data processing, computer software development and sales, and is a Nevada licensed real estate broker. The company has developed numerous computer programs which operate on an IBM AS/400 and IBM eServer System i in order to improve business processes, efficiency and financial control.

President and CEO of JNT, inc. 1994 - present

The company is involved in construction aggregate (gravel) sales, and gravel pit sales and leasing. Until April 2010, the company provided the services now provided by JNT Solutions, LLC. JNT Solutions, LLC is a spin off of JNT, inc. in order to facilitate a sale of JNT, inc.

President and CEO of Jack N. Tedford, Inc. 1998 - present

A General Engineering Contractor. Until it closed down construction operations in August 2001, services included constructing streets, roads, parking lots, building sites and subdivision off-site work. Work included installing water lines, sewer lines, storm drains, asphalt paving, sidewalks, and curbs and gutters. The company also performed slurry sealing and street printing. It was a common carrier with ICC and Nevada hauling authority. The company produced hot mix asphalt and gravel products for its own use and for sales to government agencies, other contractors and the general public. Currently in the process of closing down operations.

Responsibilities included all management aspects of the Company with responsibility for contracts, banking, financing, accounting, personnel, computer operations, estimating, bidding and daily operations.

Owner and Manager, Tedford Business Systems 1978 - 1995

A data processing business located in Fallon, Nevada. The Company did computer processing for Jack N. Tedford, Inc., various real estate offices in the Fallon, Nevada area and other clients.

A four year liberal arts college located in Santa Clarita, California. Was formerly named Los Angeles Baptist College. Handled the financial affairs of the college, except fund raising, including oversight of the business office, student financial aid, bookstore, buildings and grounds, student housing, food center, budgeting, and financial controls.
